The ordering process is simply 3 quick steps:

Enter your billing and shipping information

We normally don’t accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us.

 

Please don’t worry too much about this problem, please contact our customer service email [email protected] in time, and provide pictures and videos of the product, we will reply to you with the corresponding solution within 24 hours.

  • We will process your order within 1-3 natural days, If due to an influx of orders, you may also experience minor shipping delays.
  • If you place your order before 12:00 pm on the day, we aim to have it shipped the same day.
  • For faster delivery, upgrade your shipping method, but note: not all delivery methods are available to all areas.

    Due to the different delivery time in each country, please refer to our shipping policy page for the specific delivery time.

Following a successful order, please expect a confirmation email. You will also receive an update email when your order goes into production. Once your order ships, we will send a third email with your tracking information.
The most recent information on your order is always available via the receipt link provided in our email correspondence.
If you did not receive the status update emails, please check your spam folder or promotions tab in case it was redirected there.

*Currency Exchange Fee
We use the US Stripe credit card channel to collect payments. If you choose a credit card for payment, currencies other than US dollars may incur exchange fees, which will be charged by your bank.

*Customs, Duties and Taxes
The import tariffs are the responsibility of the customer, if have.
Geekeronline.com is not responsible for sales, shipping, and other taxes on any product.

You can return the product free of charge within 90 days after receiving your items, but you need to ensure that the product meets the return conditions when returning the product. We do not charge a return fee, but for returns that are not related to product quality, you need to pay a return shipping fee. We will provide you with a return address in the United States based on your shipping address. The shipping cost of returning the goods to us depends on the logistics provider you choose.

Enter your coupon code inside your shopping cart! The coupon code section lies between your listed items and checkout!
You can also enter your coupon code during checkout when entering your payment information! (Please note that you must hit apply the coupon before adding payment)

After the checkout is completed, we will not refund due to the discount code. However, we recommend that you can cancel the order within 24 hours. Since the item will not leave the warehouse within 24 hours, order cancellation is free. After canceling the order, you can buy again and use the discount code.
