RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
If you’re not happy with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days for an exchange or refund, less the cost of shipping and no handling fee. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received for a full refund.
Even after the 90-day timeframe has passed, we’ll replace any defective item for up to a full year from the date of purchase. All damages or defects must be clearly communicated to a Geekeronline customer service representative. Verification of the reported issues will be completed through an inspection upon our receipt of the returned item(s). After our review, you’ll receive an exchange or merchandise credit.
Based on the size and weight of the product, the packaging slip may contain a return label. If your package does not contain a return label, please contact us via the form below, so we can determine the best method to return the product.

Return Service Procedure
- Step 1: If you’re not satisfied with the products received, please contact our customer service representative first for further help.
- Step 2: Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
- Step 3: Drop off your package at the local post office.

Geekeronline will not be held liable for any misrouted parcels due to customer errors. Please make sure and double-check all information entered on checkout.
